CNC Machine Setter (VMC/HMC)
Summary:
We are looking for CNC Machine Programmer / Setter for Milling (VMC/HMC) Machines. The candidate should
have thorough understanding of manufacturing concepts & processes. The candidate should independently be
able to understand Engineering drawings, come up with operation sequence to manufacture parts, design /
develop fixtures as needed, select required cutting tools, program and machine the parts to completion,
train operators for bulk production, monitor and optimize programs during production.
Qualification and Skills required:
ITI / Diploma / B.E.
Knowledge in operating FANUC / Siemens Controller
CAM software knowledge is an added benefit
Experience:
8 years and above with minimum of 5 years in setting.
Responsibilities:
Program / Setup Milling (VMC) Machines
Study and understand Engineering Drawings, and come up with operation sequence to manufacture
Design and develop fixtures
Cycle time reduction by optimizing CNC programs and selecting apt cutting tools
New Product Development
Enhancing Production efficiency
Job Type: Full-time, Rotational Shift
Pay Scale: From ₹25,000.00 per month

Maintenance Engineer (Electrical & Mechanical)
Summary:
We are looking for Maintenance Engineer (Electrical & Mechanical) who has experience in maintenance of
CNC Turning, VMC, HMC machines, and other machineries. Maintenance team is also responsible for complete
plant maintenance of CNC machines, Conventional machines, Generators, Compressors, UPS & Electrical
systems, etc.
Qualification and Skills required:
ITI / Diploma / B.E.
Experience:
6 years and above.
Responsibilities:
Breakdown maintenance of all CNC machines
Preventive maintenance of all CNC machines
Maintenance of other plant infrastructure including and not limited to CNC machines, Conventional
machines, Generators, Compressors, UPS & Electrical systems, etc.
Job Type: Full-time, Day Shift, Works on Sundays with comp-off on a week day
Pay Scale: From ₹25,000.00 per month
